* The image with Bella is in Hawaii on a wonderful expanse of lava that she can show you if you book a tour/shoot with her
* The image with Kay is near Tannery Falls in Massachusetts from a great day of photography a few years back.

I generally like keeping the color rather than going to b&w, and with these low-key high-contrast types the skin tends to get pushed into a monochromatic space anyway.
