I’m not sure how long you are in uk for, but you can see a GP there for free as there is a reciprocal health care agreement. I’m sure you will be fine to wait to come back to Australia though, just hold off on the iron tablets for the time being and have a Greggs breakfast roll instead!

You should probably touch base with your GP about this, those aren’t common side effects of iron tablets. If you are getting joint pain your iron levels may be too high.
