I did this my first playthrough of persona 5. Though I loved the other silly outfits you could put them in, it makes me feel like the experience it more authentic??? Same reason I always go for canon mc names in games.

I definitely agree with this as well! The black and white games along with their sequels do help keep my attention on the story but for the most part they're definitely lacking. Sword and Shield especially to me is just so... meh.

This has happened to me recently, too, and it pains me. I think after playing so many other RPGs with more interesting combat, pokemon combat doesn't hold my attention as well as it used to anymore. Nuzlockes help, but sometimes I just wanna do a normal playthrough.
