During this study, I had a great time and it enabled me to understand more about how to do Rna seq analysis, Figure visualization in R and most importantly playing with bigger genomes of Arabidopsis, sesame, potato🥔 and tomato 🍅. I did some plant breeding and experiments as well like UREA page.
