Your psilocybin dosage depends on:

• Potency of the mushrooms
• Your body weight & sensitivity
• Your experience level
• Your environment & support system

When in doubt: Start low, go slow. You can always take more—but never less.

Psilocybin helps rewire the brain by increasing neuroplasticity.

This means:
• You can break old habits faster
• You’re more open to new perspectives
• Deep emotional healing becomes possible

But real change happens when you apply these insights after the trip.

Psilocybin isn’t a magic pill—it’s a tool.

To get the most from your journey:
• Set clear intentions
• Surrender to the experience
• Reflect & integrate afterward

The mushrooms open the door, but you have to walk through it.

I don't know when my next big dose will be, but I'm already preparing.

I try to be mindful of my emotions.
I try to be accepting of my situations.
I try to surrender when things don't go my way.

If I can practice this in my daily life, then I'll be better equipped during my trip.✨

Your mindset before a psilocybin trip matters more than your personality.

Studies show pre-trip emotional excitability (anxiety, restlessness) predicts stressful trips, while calm moods tend to lead to smoother experiences.

🍄 Surrender in action:

"There was this huge terrifying creature w a rifle & instead of running away, I looked at it & it wasn't as scary as it had seemed.[My] fear subsided, it suddenly seemed ridiculous, I started laughing. If I'd avoided it, it would've got more terrifying."
