This caused zir to rely on forearm crutches to move. To keep him from being completely taken by the dots, he must keep himself calm to keep more dots from forming, but when asked, Void will say that he has a method to keep it in control and that he will not tell.

in Void's case, zir died from a flesh-eating disease/bacteria called "Necrotizing fasciitis." This caused blisters and exposed bone which led to his death. Once he entered purgatory, they were "remade" as the Phobia of Tryphobia.

He was sentenced to the Phobia Ward of purgatory after his death, forced to live among other phobias, to spread fear. New phobia hosts are chosen based on how well they can be shaped into a Phobia based on their death, with all death symptoms transferring to their purgatory form.
