Amidst a very busy weekend I found time to Swim and to Read, I’m loving this collection of short stories don’t be misled by the cute pink cover it’s full of dark fables not for the feint hearted.

I got a bit carried away with #FossilFriday

I started collecting fossils when I was 8 (I sadly don’t have a well organised or labelled collection but they are well packed! I was clearly a Conservator not a curator from a young age) & I still love any excuse to mooch the stores

#Furniture nerds I need your help! I’ve inherited this tiny beautiful writing desk but I know nothing about furniture. I can tell it’s walnut, it’s top lifts to form a writing slope and I love it, it has tiny ceramic castors and a hidden drawer. I don’t know anything else, please teach me!

Just finished The Burial Plot by Elizabeth MacNeal loved it a good creepy gothic thriller set in 1839 if you like lurking in graveyards this one is for you! #BookSky 💙📚

If anyone needs a bit of escapism I highly recommend ‘60s and ‘70s musicals last night we watched My Fair Lady tonight we indulged in Bedknobs and Boomsticks
