I dug out a pond during a difficult time in my life, once it was completed, we had a candle lite memorial service for our Mother. It was labor intensive, but it helped me cope when I had no control over a situation. The beautiful thing birds, rabbits and an occasional crane drink from it.

A sunflower's life is full of ups and downs, leaning towards the sun in search of light and warmth. Sunflowers remind us to keep our heads held high, even in the darkest times, displaying inner strength.

I've been extremely busy the past two months planting and I'm loving it! I've planted a variety of fruit and nut trees. Berry bushes and even an avocado & banana tree. My new fav is the hydrangea & lilac flowers. I can't rave about it enough; the benefits are unmeasurable.
