Sometimes I bring a portable flameworking setup in the lobby during intermission making the miniature glass animals for promotions - specializing in the all-important miniature glass Unicorn that gets his twisty horn broken off during one of the pivotal scenes!

MORNING MEMORY: my theatre music debut in the Madison (WI) Repertory Theatre company with my glass musical instruments onstage for Tennessee Williams’ “THE GLASS MENAGERIE” (the most performed play in the USA): used glass armonica plus my Baschet Cristal and a pre-recorded cello track.

Indeed, and I imported my first Absinthe setup to my home all the way from France just a week ago.

Maybe if he looked into the remarkable and sensational history of Benjamin Franklin’s glass armonica music instrument invention there might be a shift in the perception of life just as it happened in the 18th c. Just playing it repoortedly drove listeners and performer mad!

I attended a Krampusnacht parade in Salzburg several years ago and was appalled to witness a child actually being physically assaulted (beaten on his legs with a real club) by a costumed Krampus parade figure who lunged into the crowd of we attendees to chase after him!

I am based out of Corning, New York in the USA and now keep a glass armonica permanently in Europe for continent-wide tour performances.
