do you know what triggers yours? (another prevention thing i do is cooling off as fast as possible (cold shower on head neck and feet) when i'm overheating, as i know that's one of mine)

*for prevention. If it's already coming, slowly sipping a small amount of ice cold cola and a few salty crunchy chips if i'm not too nauseous and then lying in a dark room with a cold thing over eyes.

for me personally, the stuff that has really genuinely made a difference is getting the 'right' amount of sleep (which for me is 6.5-8 hours, can do less occasionally but oversleeping even a little is likely to trigger one for me) and eating some protein asap after waking up in the morning

oh my gosh, yeah seriously (for me it's to do with reading 'bad' words; I'd need to re-read the sentence or paragraph a 'safe' number of times to cancel it out) I mostly listen to audiobooks now, and try to do ERP with it when I'm reading articles etc. It's very annoying!

I'm hoping that it will, but I can't guarantee anything or point to any dates right now! It's something we still need to look into to see if it's feasible and figure out the best way to do it.
