Lord of Darkness in Legend was the 1st villain I can think of that gave me weird baby-gay feelings, but I wouldn't describe it as a crush. Shere Khan in Tailspin as well but he wasn't even really a villain in that series. Ares is the first true villain crush I can think of. He was a preoccupation.
