That's an important but slippery slope. How much blame can we apportion to the regulators for the AMR hole we find ourselves in? It's step 1 on the game board - and modern medical industry can't open the old/outdated locks.

She also notes, we don’t need more "lab in a box" PCR systems; we need 3-5-10 yr funding models to keep them online AND serviced in conflict zones (tricky)
