I made some kick-ass soup tonight. I had a cabbage & sausage soup recipe, and riffed on it. Taters, onion, garilc, Rotel tomatoes & chiles, and hot Italian sausage. Roasted the veggies & sausage, sauteed the onion & garlic, added chicken broth, bay leaf & smoked paprika.
