We know they are in the waterways where we walk but normally its just a flash of bright blue as they whizz past we have occasionally been lucky though.

Not a long walk today , we ended up calling the fire brigade to put out a fire in the reeds at the side of the path. This is a protected nesting area for birds and small mammals.
