I'm working on an 18+ BL Romantasy comic about a wizard and a possessed bard called "From Possessed To Possession." We're closing out Ch 2 on Tapas and murkophart.com but I'm currently working on blocking Ch 3. It's a LOT of work, but the hardest part is probably all the extra promo, etc stuff.
Titles read: "From Possessed To Possession, Chapter 2: Directions" Szelek sits at a desk with a teapot with a modern floral design and a book open to a page on Love Potions. He's sipping non-chalantly from a matching cup of tea leaning in to read in the light of three floating glowing orbs of warm light. Just behind him is a red-eyed possessed Ferris standing with his hands bound above and behind his head up toward the ceiling. Ferris is looking angrily at Szelek like he does not want to be there. The background looks like a kitchen interior with a big fireplace, some books and lots of plants. Panel 1: Marion and Ferris are looking at each other, instruments at the ready and playing a couple warm-up notes as they get ready to play. Marion is playing the flute, and Ferris is holding a lyre. Panel 2: Close up on Ferris as he starts to sing with the accompaniment and a ribbon of music spawns from him, wrapping around the rest of the comic. Panel 3-5: The music drifts past three particular characters we want to draw attention to: Szelek, the elf reading and drinking tea; Midnas the demonic bar owner, and an unknown vampiric figure standing in a darkened part of the bar drinking "wine". All three take notice of the music and seem to be drawn to find its source. Panel 6: A wider shot of Ferris and Marion playing and swaying to the music as the crowd hushes to listen. Even the busy servers have paused to listen in. Low camera angle from Ferris' POV looking up at Szelek angrily looming over them with his arms crossed. He aggressively bites out "Can I help you?" There's some black scribbles of aura emanating from him over a dark blue night sky with a looming building behind. Digital color comic excerpt of chibis. Fiora is laughing her butt off similar to the "wheeze" GIF, Elwen has her face in hands, and Hamlin is raging about something while Dulliath attempts to hold him back. Hamlin is yelling "I am the epitome of a selfless lover you cur!"

The first book is completely written with books 2/3 loosely planned. Page 121 went up on Thursday! Keeping my schedule has worked surprisingly well and the hardest part will always be marketing and getting the work seen. But we wouldn't do it if we didn't love it!

An illustration of my OCs, Vale and Tassera. They're in a booth at the Crow and Lyre tavern, the walls are wood panels, there's a pair of latticed windows behind Tassera's head with bright yellow light coming in. Vale sits on the edge of the left booth seat, one leg stretched out toward the viewer, his sword rests on its point, has right hand holding it up, it's taller than he is, sitting. He has light skin, purple eyes that look away toward the left and the floor, long blue hair pulled back in a half ponytail and a close cut beard. He has a long blue coat, over a blue vest and white shirt with a collar, a strap is around his left upper thigh and knee high boots. Tassera sits on the table to our right, turned toward the right slightly, legs crossed, she holds a dagger in her left hand, cradling the point in her right. She has medium skin, green eyes and wavy purple hair with a slight smirk on her face. She wears a bodice style top in dark purples with straps and thigh high boots. They are both back lit in yellow light from the windows. Tassera sits with her back to bar, Merilly, a woman with light skin, short curly blond hair and rabbit ears, wearing a white puffy sleeved shirt stands behind the bar looking out with Tass. Tass says "look folks, I have a pretty late night. Merilly's a friend and under my protection." As Tass continues to speak, magic forms around here that only the reader can see "So I'd suggest you go find sport elsewhere." The two thugs, a man with tan skin, short brown hair, dressed in shades of read and a woman with pale skin, red hair with a side shave dressed in shades of grey seem to get caught up in the spell but then they snap out of it and exchange a glance, everyone goes for weapons at once. The man in red reaches for the sickles on his back, the pale woman conjures a fire ball and Tass hooks her foot on the stool she's sitting on. Tass a woman with tan skin and long purple curly hair stands outside the Crow and Lyre on a street softly lit by a lantern. She wears a white collared shirt with ruffled cuffs and a purple bodice. Next to her on the right is Vale a man with light skin, elf ears and long dark straight hair, he has a large sword on his back, a white shirt with a collar opened over the chest and a long coat with the collar pulled up. Tass rests her hand on his shoulder as she says "I could say the same for you". Vale looked unamused and a maybe a little sad as Tass moves away up the stairs to the bar, he says "I'm not the one who committed a crime. Several likely." Tass pauses, arms folder, looking over her shoulder, "Allegedly. You have my alibi." She turns, resting her chin in her hand as she tilts her head to regard him. Vale snaps back, "And it's shit, you can do better." Vale is seen in profile, holding a pocket watch on the night lit street "of course I kept it". Tass smiles softly with her back to Vale and starts to walk away. Vale watches her go before reaching out a hand to stop her "Tassera... Tass... Can we talk? Normally?" Tass pauses, glancing over her shoulder "I don't have anything to say to the guard." Vale spreads his hands "Okay, what about an old friend?"

Dear Friends is that old Final Fantasy symphonic concert from back in the day. MUCC is an older Japanese rock band ( a bit more poppy now). REAPER is I think "Jump-up" electronic music, and Wargasm is punk/nu metal (if you like Architects this one is the most similar).
