They're 2 sides of the same coin... If you don't bring people into the store, they won't buy. If they don't like what they see or don't feel welcome inside, they won't buy.

As for "comfort"... Comfort is the death of progress. 😉

Both... Each source is a different audience and thus different opinions and personal values. The goal of the store is obviously to make sales so conversion is important but where those are coming from is equally important for marketing and design.

Authenticity, consistency, & patience. The store compliments my brand's focus but isn't itself the core. It allows my audience to further connect and relate with it. I will watch the data and produce items that people want as well as try out fresh ideas relative to the path of the brand.

I had stages for my brand already laid out... But I started by growing my audience from zero on brand new accounts across a variety of social platforms and then when I had a small following, the store was next.

We only just opened our store. Day 1's traffic has been fantastic. But I'll keep ya posted.
