It's already started, right? Such a diagnostic nightmare, because we used to be able to narrow the differential diagnosis to more likely causes. Three steps backwards!

I, too, was a military doctor and can attest to the veracity of this method. Although, I use twice as many peppers 🌶 just to be sure.
