Complete blood replacement takes time when the veins in the hands keep collapsing.

To this layperson, this seems hard to appeal, at least as far as not having the hearing on the 15th. I would think after the first ruling, the Circuit Court would at least defer to Boasberg at this time of fact gathering. The SCOTUS shadow docket could still kill this...

A make up artist would be subject to at least 30 minutes or so with him… one on one. I think they are severely limiting who is around him right now for fear that in an unguarded state he will really say something bat shit crazy. Um, more crazy.

Maybe if you shake hands with a velociraptor???

Other than the hassle to James... I kind of want this to go to trial so some of the other things, such as vindictive prosecution, illegal access to her confidential information, and the sure contempt of court they will trigger during trial can be addressed and give finding of fact for her lawsuit.

Not to mention if handshaking causes an open wound needing a bandage then perhaps you stop shaking hands until healed? He doesn’t have enough impulse control to just say sorry and fist bump instead?

His attention and acknowledgement is appreciated… it’s just hard to reconcile in that he feels no effects from what we face everyday… even myself as a small business owner trying to provide insurance to my employees.

I have respect for Mark… and I find him fairly smart, but I do often see him make declarative posts that seem greatly out of touch with those of us who don’t have the money that shapes his perspective. It’s hard to give value towards the solutions offered.

I can personal attest, after 20 plus years of cleaning up what people bring in to print… that people just don’t understand the readability of fonts… on stuff they want people to read! This is just stupid.

There is no rational reason to set up a facility so far remote from airports or other infrastructure. That’s an issue by itself, in addition to the others. Who works at this facility? Where do they live? How do you get supplies delivered?

What a stunning admission. What is he really doing right now? There is no movement on Healthcare… unless he is trying to kill the rumored discharge petition to force a vote.

Arguing for paper is not my hill to die on, but regardless I do seem to find more errors now than from the days of copywriters pulling out a manuscript and a pencil. My wife, editor supreme, prefers printout… but we own a print shop so that’s easy. I fear editor’s reliance on Ai.

This is the gamble of the gerrymandering that may actually backfire. They are using data from previous elections, but without a detailed analysis… which would take more than just running through Ai… they just may have brought more seats to being competitive.

So, do billionaires even know what is a pencil? How long has he been using Sharpies?

3 tests are unusual. But I suspect there are also some tests given blind… in other words he may not even be aware of them. Who holds his medical POA? Who makes his medical decisions? Usually cognitive tests are not asked for by the patient, but family member who sees a change happening.
December 10, 2025 at 5:54 AM
What gets me is that by his own account he has had at least 3 cognitive tests. Some cognitive tests may be given blind, meaning he might not be aware he was being evaluated. So what are they hiding right now… and why is no one asking? This is not normal.

It’s a tactic. They know what’s in the materials and that’s it’s pretty shallow. It was only to secure indictment and as we have seen the GJ process can secure on limited evidence. Now they can say, “See! Nothing here!’ And get the favorable media to run with it.

We have to acknowledge that there are those in the military that welcome such a regime. With the JAGs removed there is no oversight… nowhere for fellow soldiers to complain or at least get action. Ironically it is the very failures of Russian military that will show what we will become as a force.

Drug mules are not the top of the cartel. They are more expendable than the boat. They could even be fishermen threatened to make the run… we don’t really know. The drugs are produced in Columbia… how did they transit to the boat out of Venezuela?

All the accounts I could find was the CG seizure happened south of Mexico, in the eastern pacific. Which would well outside of both the US territorial and economic zones. My understanding is cooperative resource sharing between nations for law enforcement does occur… military strikes not so much.
December 7, 2025 at 9:24 PM
I certainly don’t want to devalue the lives lost, but from a purely financial side it’s roughly $300,000 for two missiles to sink a boat when the Coast Guard just interdicted a boat with a shot from sniper… with no deaths and the largest drug seizure in years. Leave to CG to handle interception.

I always, based on your knowledge and reporting, felt that Trump’s exposure is not on the trafficking, but on the connections to the money laundering. I think the why he was somewhere with Epstein was to facilitate Russian money into US real estate.

They could and they should. Could caucus with the Dems until next year’s elections. Might even save their seats… primary threats don’t always manifest as threatened.

So… some MF can rape a woman, perhaps even a child, and if they report them for aborting they could get money? How is that not f**ked up? Could you openly put misogyny more plainly in a law? Why do sane people even live in TX anymore?
