Scout had it ever since he was a teen. Acts like it doesn't bother him but he really hates it. He is embarrassed to go to the Medic about it. The doctor will know that he picks at it. He will ask why he didnt come earlier. The longer he puts off that visit, the stronger the anxiety around that grows

Sniper got bacne after he started taking Jarate pills. It doesn't really affect him. Maybe only when it gets itchy or painful. He Doesn't visit the doctor often, but during one of his checkups Medic casually asks him if he would like it removed. Got rid of it sooner than Scout becasue he didn't care
