Anti-data broker services do a lot of work for you, but it costs $$$. You *can* often manually opt out for free. This is more effort, and data brokers occasionally repopulate your data. Check out @yael.bsky.social's Big Ass Data Broker Opt-Out List: github.com/yaelwrites/B...
