2 years ago I got diagnosed with ADHD.
First I was like "okay" but now I'm like "okaaaaaaay brain, here we go again, let's figure this out".
Knowing gives clarity and you can actually start understanding why your thoughts/feelings sometimes are F'ed up; which is a good thing.
