I love this book by Liz Kleinrock for developing skills around disrupting effectively when kids make racist, homophobic, sexiest comments.

To those of you who also have large rose bushes… when you tell yourself while deadheading that ‘you won’t fall in’ as you lean in to get those hard to reach ones-you are wrong. You will eventually fall in.
