I have resigned from the party and am so disgusted. I used to put in so much work doing things like canvassing, leafletting, polling station work, get out the vote tasks etc etc. I am deeply ashamed.

I tore up my membership card a few months ago. I have campaigned for Labour for 40 years and done lots of work in between elections and on election days. I am in despair at what the party has become. I feel bereft. My children, now adult, were all members and have all now left, too.

Congratulations. I know how hard you must work for it every day. My beautiful brother achieved sobriety after 35 years. I am so proud of him. Sadly, I lost him unexpectedly three years ago but my pride shines strong.

Hurray. I have been furious about this for years. It extends the reach of the right wing press.

A currency. Commonly found in many ancient societies in SSA. The time taken to knock the hole is the labour value of the currency

My 88 year old Irish mother moved to London at age 18. She struggled to find a room to rent and tells her grandchildren of those signs. It is her living memory and lived experience. For those who want to know, she trained as a nurse and devoted her working years to the NHS.
