A lot of these are usually finding stuff I like on Pinterest and trying to copy what I saw on screen on paper

Viktor needed more scenes showing off how much of a threat he is to the public to make it more believable. The viewers obviously know how much of a threat he is but for the most part, in the world of Arcane Viktor is pretty much a nobody despite being so important to the plot.
