So here’s my new rule before clicking any AI-suggested link:

💡 Take 10 seconds to check if it’s safe first.

Next time ChatGPT suggests a source, remember:
Not every helpful link is a harmless one.

AI can make our research faster.
But our safety still depends on us.

If something feels “too legit,” pause before you click.

Stay curious. But stay cautious. ❤️

It hit me hard:
AI doesn’t make us immune to scams.
It just makes scams smarter. 🤯

We trust what looks professional, and scammers know it.

Here’s what I didn’t know back then 👇

1️⃣ Not every link ChatGPT shares is verified or safe.
2️⃣ Some can be outdated, broken, or fake.
3️⃣ Scammers can create look-alike URLs that mimic real ones.

And that’s terrifying if you’re not a techie (like me).

A few days ago, I watched a video from OpenAI Academy called “Using ChatGPT to Spot Scams.”

Halfway through, I froze.

Because I realized how often I research topics on ChatGPT…
…and how I casually click on the sources it suggests.

No hesitation. Just, click.

If this thread hit home, share it with someone who's building solo.

Or save it for when you need a reminder:

⇀ You don’t need a team to start showing up like a brand.
⇀ You just need a system.

Visual branding doesn’t have to be perfect.

It just needs to be present.

Start messy. Stay visible. Tweak as you grow.

Hope this helps someone who's been holding back 💛

Pro tip:

Use Canva. It’s free, flexible, and you can save your whole brand kit in minutes.

No design degree needed. Just a decision to show up.

Once you get your starter kit:
→ Save your colors
→ Save your fonts
→ Reuse layouts

Don’t start from scratch every time.

Stuck on where to start?

Try this prompt in ChatGPT (or your tool of choice):

↳ Based on my LinkedIn bio, suggest a font pairing, a 3-color palette, and 2 layout ideas I can use for my LinkedIn posts. Make sure the choices reflect my niche, tone, and values.
October 9, 2025 at 4:19 AM
Start here:

► 1 headline font + 1 body font
► 1 primary color + 2 accents
► 2 simple layout styles

Your identity lies in being clear and consistent.
October 9, 2025 at 4:19 AM
Here’s the good news:
Your LinkedIn bio (or X bio) already has everything you need to shape your visual identity.

It tells us:

⇀ Your tone
⇀ Your niche
⇀ Your values
⇀ Your goals

That’s enough to begin.

If you’re building your brand online, especially on LinkedIn or X, design details can feel like a trap.

You want to show up...
But you don’t want to look sloppy.
So you overthink.

Then you don’t post at all.
October 9, 2025 at 4:19 AM
I’ve met so many brilliant people who don’t post because they say:

— “My stuff doesn’t look professional”
— “The colors feel off”
— “I don’t know what font to use”
— “I don’t have a team or agency to do it for me”

Sound familiar?
