Caste is part of American life. It harms historically-oppressed communities.
SB403 is a big step towards combatting it. A lot of folks back this bill, including lawyers, academics & progressive Hindu groups. The lion's share of credit goes to Dalit civil rights orgs. Jai Bhim!
