In the mean time I have switched to Tidal and used tune my music to transfer my playlists.

Same boat here. I think also because I wasn't disruptive in class and did show improvement with gentle reminders my struggles were missed. Truly Im just glad folks seem better at catching this kind of stuff. Not perfect by any means, but all we can ask for is improvement
