3840x2160, 2560x1440, 1920x1080 & 1280x720 are very standard display dimensions and video dimensions. I don't know where the number 1350 comes from.

If a vid doesn't get views, there are like 4 million more that were uploaded today that will get the views instead. Also, YouTube runs ads on every video, even if they're not eligible for ads or you're channel isn't yet eligible for monetisation.
