Here are two examples. Obama's economy added 173K jobs in August of 2014. The media called it "mixed" news. In Oct of 2019, the Trump economy added 128K jobs & people are raving about it.

Was the economy really good in Trump's first term? If you watched/listened to the mainstream media, you would think it was a great economy & Trump media surrogates went out of their way to promote even mediocre economic news as amazing & were rarely challenged by the media.
