This is everything I wanted to say about the handling of the situation, I am not making any huge claims about what went on that night in vc because I wasn’t even in the vc at the time, I’m just giving my thoughts.

The whole reason we asked you to remove the post was not for any malicious intent but to talk things through on a private matter, rather than you, us, and the public, yet here we are.

what they are referring to is when we announced that they were officially part of the team but clarifying that it isn’t a contract so they have every right to leave whenever they want as long as they let us know in advance.

Not only misgendering but you also accuse us of editing our messages and yes you may be able to prove that with a screenshot but I was there when Echo sent the message, he even stated in vc along the lines of;

which you were content about and didn’t seem to complain then. We have other friends within the server that go by other pronouns just like you, so pronouns are respected within and out of the server.

Not only that but whenever I would hear another teammate use the wrong pronouns when referring to you, I would immediately correct them too. If one of us did accidentally misgender you, it would follow with an immediate apology and a correction-

I’ve been working on looking at bios for pronouns but for some strange reason it slipped my mind, that’s my fault but it was a genuine mistake and I am only human. You corrected me. I apologized and fixed my error, and from that point forward I used your correct pronouns.

Not only that but you accuse us of consistently misgendering you. When we first met you I did misgender you once or twice. I didn’t look at your bio in discord so I just used she/her pronouns, I went off your tone of voice and your username.

And it’s strange you say you attempted to talk as adults, when what it really was, was you yelling at Skadi and Skadi trying to converse with you yet you didn’t allow him and you just left vc.

There would be times I would join in the vc in the middle of these conversations and ask what’s going on, Skadi’s response would typically be “not until your 18” which would be the end of it. I wouldn’t pry him to give me an answer because I understand that he is doing the right thing as an adult.

Unlike the communication we had with Lila, Skadi and I’s communication is strong and respectful. Skadi always has a filter on when communicating with me, making sure he’s being appropriate and mature until the moment I leave vc and he’s interacting with other adult friends in the server.

Something this serious can ruin a person's life, do you really want to do that over a simple miscommunication? The joke was made when the minor [me], in the vc left the call, which Skadi made sure of because he understands that his jokes aren’t appropriate for a minor like myself.
