4. Niacinamide.

3. Sunblock.
At least factor 30 and with high UV protection. However, it needs reapplying every 2 hours. Also, the first application is 2 applications. About half a teaspoon will be enough to cover your face.

2. Stay out of the midday heat.
Your best light meter is your watch. 11:00am to 3:00pm is when the sun is strongest. The clocks go forward this Sunday so there will be more evening daylight.

1. Clothing.
Hats with brims, long sleeves, long leggings. Clothing does not run out nor need to be reapplied. People who live in hot countries have been doing it for centuries. Cowboys knew what they were doing
