ah so it seems you are getting enough you just wanna sleep for longer and get more rem! One thing Ive found that helps with sleeping pain is CBD oil, you cant get the stuff you ingest and a cream to rub on the pain parts and I find that helps! Also try to stretch or do some yoga during the day!

I find instead of fully sleeping that napping through out the day makes me feel more productive. so like night time ill sleep 1am to 5 or 6am get up do stuff around the house then at around 10 or 11am nap till 1or 2 pm and so on, I find this way my pain management is better
