In the Hanzo storyline for Shinovi Versus, Kat asks how she could repay Hikage for learning the ultimate ninja art (or something) after their training, Hikage responds with "you could grope my boobs", though she plays it off as a joke.
Though I don't know much else about their dynamic after that.
