I bought out the airport gift shop when I landed in my home airport. One bag gone: delicious pickles.

You guys screwed the pooch by charging for checked bags. No one wants to pay and they allll bring them to the gate and then your agents have to call for people to check the bags gate side for free and it screws everything up and slows it down.
