If a 38 year old friend was dating a 23 year old woman my stance would be they're both consenting adults so I won't moralize it but I would 100% make comments about him babysitting

There's been a few ministers shot with pepper balls now. Rev. Black was shot but it wasn't point blank and it was in Chicago. He was pepper sprayed in the viral image so that might be what you were thinking of.
