ICE brutes ambushed Rümeysa Öztürk March 25 outside her home in Massachusetts and hauled her off to a detention center.

Öztürk exercised her rights under the First Amendment, not realizing freedom of speech only applies to people violently attacking the U.S. Capitol to keep Trump in power.

“When life itself seems lunatic, who knows where madness lies? Perhaps to be too practical is madness. To surrender dreams -- this may be madness. Too much sanity may be madness. And maddest of all, to see life as it is and not as it should be!”

Holocaust Remembrance Day | Jan. 27, 2025

Paul Daquilante, 75, of the McMinnville News-Register died Jan. 13.

Paul worked for the News-Register for 45 years. He spent 11% of them sitting next to me in the newsroom. He was a Gentleman of the Press in the truest and noblest sense.

America didn't die on 1/6/2021

It died on 11/5/2024. That's when 77 million Americans voted to return this country to fascist occupation under the treasonous, criminal, psychopathic, narcissistic, racist, cretinous, despotic and lying diseased steaming pile of pig excrement behind 1/6/2021.
