MUALA has reached a tentative agreement with the Employer! We've made significant progress on all the issues identified in our bargaining mandate. Members voted to ratify the new agreement on Thurs May 23. The Employer's ratification is underway and expected to be complete by Thurs June 6.

We've officially submitted our intent to bargain to the Employer, and will begin collective bargaining May 2nd. We're eager to table a fair agreement that addresses the inequities faced by McMaster librarians compared to our peers in Ontario and U15. For more details: muala.ca/wp/
