The model I like is Skeptical Science website. They discuss climate science at three different levels. You can get a quick gist if you are not familiar with terminology, then move to a moderate level. Then if you really want to dive into data go to the complex answer. It really helps for beginners.

The one area I think AI could do good quickly is by providing more accessible summaries of published papers. Have AI summarize a paper at middle school, highschool and college levels of detail then have the Author verify the accuracy. Allow an easier access to original data.

So what I am getting is that the R position is that congress says how much is spent and the president can decide if its spent. If this stands waht could a D president defund in return that hits back?
