One trick: an alarm that starts super quiet and gently gets louder. Sounds small but it’s made mornings SOOO MUCH easier for me

Omg I was the same!!! used to set like 7 alarms. but my bf showed me this one app (Wonderwake) where the alarm starts super quiet and slowly gets louder, now I only need one and it’s way less anxiety
