According to Tom Cotton, the 2 survivors were trying to turn the boat over and save the drugs as other boats were coming to their rescue. So then the question becomes why didn't they bomb those other boats, if we are at war?

Seal Team did the intelligence on this mission. I am interested in knowing where the gas stations are located out on the open sea to refill these motor boats. LOL...What a joke!!! They really think the American public is very stupid.
