I reached out to Pokémon Company International and they have confirmed that this product has not yet officially released to retailers in North America.
They couldn't divulge further as no official release date has actually been confirmed by TPCi, but several retailers are suggesting 12/05/25.

The reality has set in that I will never have the opportunity to play Steel Battalion with its 40+ Button controller on the original Xbox and I'll have to live with that regret for the rest of my life that I didn't jump on this when it came out.😞

So after playing about 30 hours of Pokémon Legends: Z-A (still haven't finished the main story yet), I've come to the conclusion that:
1) A video game doesn't have to be a masterpiece to be fun and enjoyable.
2) Those complaining about the game are hyper focused on the presentation because of #1.

So, I've played Phantasy Star Portable for the PSP on my lunch breaks the last couple of days and I've realized that portable gaming has largely been abandoned outside of Mobile now.
The bite-sized mission structure of these games caters to the time constraint most are under when playing handhelds.
