Hahaha. I’ve been chair for 4 years now and I feel exactly the same way. BTW, after two years, I think it’s official and probably should ditch the “interm” you’re in it for the long haul.

Thank you. I will share it with her. We were surprised at the number of facilities that do not hire or have SLPs working with residents.
