Have you looked at keygen.sh

Indie run, founder blogs a lot about the process of building it. Founder is also a critic of FOSS licensing but not sure the two of you are quite aligned

Congrats! It's so cool to see your funding strategy succeeding! It seems like you've done a great job at aligning the project's funding with your users' interests, which is difficult to do well when you're creating free software.

This is the closest post I've seen to my relationship with LLMs. I feel like it's been so polarized to "LLMs for everything" or "LLMs are a net negative," but I agree that if you have a feel for what they're good at, they're incredibly useful

I've been tempted to do this due to Netlify price shenanigans, but my biggest fear is the VPS falling over when my site is on HN, even though it should be fine for my static site. You're on there a lot so I'm curious what how your system metrics will look like on an HN day
