I am hugely sorry for your trauma and for all women who must deal with horrific acts which wound so deeply. Let’s hope Americans will learn and act on such powerful truth that pours from your writing. Stay strong and let’s all really disturb the sounds of silence. We cannot accept this tyranny.

MAGA voters seem to still not care at all. That’s the part I still can’t comprehend. I get the cruelty/entertainment/social media schtick. But how does the average MAGA voter benefit from this at al? Is there any pain level they start to experience that makes them reconsider their support?

The U.S. military spends over $190BN per year on personnel costs (which includes benefits). That works out to $3.7BN per week.
$130M doesn’t even move the needle in terms of covering unpaid military salaries. It’s more a token deposit into the Trump Favor Bank than a help to those who serve.

How is this even possibly legal? Pay to Play regulations? Who is the donor… foreign or domestic? Media needs to know the donor NOW!!! Is this like Qatar giving a plane.. and then they get a base in Idaho? What is the donor receiving for their “generosity”?
