I guess I don’t understand the ADOT stat. I know what it means but I don’t know what it communicates. You can play bad defense against a low or high ADOT QB. A QB can be playing well with a low or high ADOT. I don’t understand the application

The opposite defensive strategies in Balt/Pit is so fascinating….i think Balt wants to force Pit to execute in tight spaces/underneath while Pit wants to force to Lamar to hunt big plays and cause interceptions and incompletions. Pit does not want Balt to matriculate the ball down the field
