I don't consume much caffeine, so I decided caffeine pills would help me declutter this weekend 🙄 I took two and had the jitters for like 3 hours, my heart was beating out of my chest for like 4, and I was nauseous all day. It's a no for me in the future.

I'm tired. I finished all but one training, and that was because of a technical issue. But i know I'm going to get that "please do trainings earlier" email and it always pisses me off.
