It’s probably not these but I’ve always loved that Smite and Scapegoat was like a continuous comic book panel. Mtg should do more of this!

Deadly tempest but I prefer villainous wrath because it cost less and I like targeting the person in front because I’m petty like that 🤷

Tempest. I just loved that the story was told through the cards. The flying ship, the ragtag crew, battles n the sky…you didn’t need to read anything extra your imagination filled in the blanks of the story

Oh for sure they’re played anyway if they’re busted. But a lot of legends become near unplayable in that environment

Canadian Highlander is actually not far off due to the fear of karakas… and rightly so I run it in all my decks 😏

This is me! I wanted to engage with magic still but at an affordable rate. I enjoy that the cards I need to look at from new sets is a much smaller portion. Also I like looking through LGS bulk but I’m weird like that
