The final report from the working group on Russia’s invasion, along with reports from the other working groups, will be submitted to the Office of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. A version of this final report will be made publicly available on the West Point Press website in Mar/Apr 2025

I am also honored to share that I was selected by the U.S. Military Academy to be the lead author of a report on Russia’s war in Ukraine and its impact on American and European national security

Members from the U.S. government, U.S. military, think tanks, and academia highlighted how Russia’s war in Ukraine has impacted U.S. and European national security, foreign policy, and politics. The panel presentations were interesting, and I appreciated the opportunity to attend the conference.
