Luckily there was some gaps in the clouds just long enough for me to take some pictures. Really happy with how this turned out given I had high winds and an unstable tripod

Captured the Rosette Nebula last night. I got about 2 hours of data before the police informed me that I was on private property (in my defense, even the cops agreed that it was very poorly marked)
Luckily it was a chill interaction and they even recommended some nearby dark sky sites

Turned out great! The OpenAstroTracker has an auto polar alignment upgrade and I may have to invest in that, it was pretty finicky to do manually. But for 30 second subs it wasn't really a problem.

I got a star tracker! Testing it out on Andromeda tonight, I’ll post pictures tomorrow if all goes well

Do you have access to a 3d printer? I mounted my audio interface to the bottom of my desk with a simple bracket and some screws (picture is from google but it’s very similar to what I did)
