Winding a ball of yarn for the next project is always one of my favorites.
Instead of taking the time to stop and smell the roses, I take time to stop, center myself, and calm the demons in my head. Crochet has a therapeutic value that words simply cannot express, and every project an outlet for expression and creativity.
